I came to engineering with a dream: to build robots that could do extraordinary things.Like many engineers, I was fascinated by what was possible — the marvels happening in labs around the world, the cutting edge, the innovation frontier.But reality has a way of redirecting you.While we exploring what robots could do, discovered what robots should do.We found people losing lives into manholes because no machine had been engineered to replace them. Stroke patients and paraplegic individuals who needed gait therapy but couldn't access it. Communities where dignity, safety, and mobility were luxuries reserved for those who could afford them.That changed everything.In 2017, we started building robots for these problems — not the ones in textbooks, but the ones in front of us.Bandicoot — the world's first robotic scavenger — emerged from this. It operates across 22 Indian states and 150+ cities because every person doing the world's most dangerous job deserved dignity, safety, and the certainty that engineering was finally working for them.G-Gaiter — an AI-powered robotic gait trainer brought affordable rehabilitation to stroke and spinal cord injury patients.The engineering dream remains.
