The project, 'Solid Waste Management' was carried out with the objective of reducing the amount of waste going into the landfills thereby increasing the lifespan by introducing alternatives. Also to do a socio-economic scan so that appropriate measures are taken for safai karamcharis for their betterment.

Leaders for Tomorrow Foundation is a not for profit youth based NGO aimed at awakening the social consciousness of youth by encouraging them in volunteerism and personality development. We work in the campuses, conduct social development related events and training programmes to create true LEADERS FOR TOMORROW!

As an intern, I worked on the project "Xaxis Refit" which aimed at understanding customer perception and need in order to restore and align our expectations with theirs thus working on Business Development. The two month project enabled me to understand how Programmatic Landscape works and how Xaxis fits into GroupM system. I got an in-depth understanding of the functioning and implementation of Digital Campaigns that run programmatically and the logistics attached to it.

Project Leader, Youth Employability Program (YEP): Project which aims at supporting both employment opportunity oriented workforce preparation as well as tiny and micro enterprise development that is specifically and clearly oriented to identified labor market requirements and opportunities. The curriculum and practical training modules are based on variable inputs from businesses, Corporate, NGOs and networks. o Commenced the project Youth Employability Project, a new economy livelihood promotion training program which is exclusively designed for vulnerable communities o Implemented and executed talent transfer cycle which led to the recruitment of 6 youth from NGO Deepalaya - Sahan: Helping the School Sahan manage their sales and handling marketing for the products made by specially challenged children there. - Project Chocolate: The scope and affordability of setting up a business of home made chocolates.

Analysed heavy data with over 1 lakh entries selecting top 0.1% domains for alternative investment of the company - Processing of domain names and generating leads for the same.

* An NGO that works on educating children living in slums and work towards their prosperity. * Marketing during the annual cultural event, RANG * o Raised sponsorships worth Rs. 75,000 for the annual cultural event, Rang * o Undertook on-ground and social media marketing, working with a team of 10 members
