Position Title: Construction Manager | Sr. Structural Engineer | QA/QC Engineer Company: China Railway Tunnel Group (CRTG) Currently serving as a Construction Manager and Senior Structural Engineer at China Railway Tunnel Group (CRTG), I am overseeing major infrastructure and tunnel construction works in the UAE. My role integrates construction execution, structural supervision, and quality control to ensure the successful and compliant delivery of complex civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Leading site execution of tunnel base slabs, blinding, retaining structures, and cast-in-situ works as per IFC drawings and project specifications. Managing all QA/QC functions, including WIR submissions, checklist verifications, inspection coordination, and compliance with ADQCC and PINI standards. Conducting and supervising field tests such as slump tests, temperature checks, and cube casting for compressive strength. I also prepare detailed project status reports and financial analyses to keep all parties informed and aligned.
