* Serve as the administrative assistant to the SVP of the company. * Serves as the lead loan documentation specialist for consumer and commercial lending. * Works with the Loan Officers to ensure that loans are prepared properly and timely via pulling credit bureaus, flood searches, UCC searches and other needed documentation. * Responsible for working with Loan Operations and compliance to ensure that all documentation is correct and compliant prior to actual closing. * Provides assistant to the Personal Banker by opening accounts and resolving customer service issue.

* Analyzed and process consumer loans, open business and personal accounts. Counsel clients on how to effectively manage their money and set financial goals. * Demonstrating teamwork, provide exceptional customer service to clients; look for good referrals in order to offer additional banking products. Assist in maintaining and meeting individual and branch goals. * Take ownership of customer and resolve clients’ issues. * Accountable for effectively administering business products to our clients and the public via psychological concepts, networking, seminars, etc.

* Process & analyzed consumer loans, open personal, business & various investment accounts, & transmit wires. * Serve as Assistant Branch Manager, resolve client issues, & emphasize the development of building business/client relationships, while creating a team oriented environment. * Asses the customer’s financial situation in order to educate the client and sell banking products that will educate and accommodate them in planning financially for their future.

* Accountable for HR Management via recruiting, interviewing (using psychological concepts), hiring & training new employees. * Process Payroll for all employees (300 to 500 employees) * Provide HR advice to active employees in regards to benefits. * Tracked all associated availability to generate department schedules.

* Supervise 65 associated through HR Management via recruiting, interviewing using psychological concepts; & training new employees on becoming CSR’s for high paced Call Center. * Handle escalated calls from DM’s, RM’s & Managers. * Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented & followed by designing various spread sheets in order track associate’s disability, vacation time, personal holidays, and life segments, to ensure adequate coverage for Call Center at all times.

* Responsible for directly assisting three Account Manager’s and indirectly six, in order to resolve/handle any client issues regarding various accounts, wires, treasury management services, and loans. * Pull daily reports to monitor accounts ensuring sufficient funds are available to draw from client’s accounts or loan. * Partner with Risk Management to obtain necessary extensions and waivers for reporting. * Collaborate with the Loan Service Center and closing attorneys to obtain loan documentation subsequent to loan closings. * Serve as a liaison between the Loan Service Center, other CSA’s, AM’s, closing attorneys and clients to collect delinquent collateral and loan documentation in order to resolve our documentation exception report.
