Through the acquisition of Pelican Rouge, Selecta created a leading vending operator and coffee services provider for the workplace with presence in 15 countries. I supported regional operations teams to deliver targets with telemetry and planning tools. Implemented and monitored clearly defined KPIs for merchandisers and field technicians improving service levels at an optimum cost. Managed offsite machine park as part of the capital intensity project by reducing stocks 25%.

Responsible for the operational and supply chain management of the Vending and HoReCa channels, with accountability for HSEQ, the development of employees’ technical skills, and oversight of key customer relationships to support sales teams in achieving National Account KPIs. Led operational performance through a KPI framework that drove revenue and efficiency, ensuring best practices from the four UK & Ireland regions were shared and embedded across the business.

Managed procurement of indirect services and materials across 8 countries and 10 sites in Europe. Led sourcing strategies and fostered cross-country collaboration to align operations and leverage scale. Defined goals and objectives for the FMCG category, negotiated service level agreements, and oversaw service delivery to ensure performance against agreed standards.

Group procurement category manager for outbound logistics, after sales and HR which manages non-production and in-direct related purchases across the McLaren Group. Achieved mayor rate savings and increased transparency for the automotive after sales business. Other main strategic negotiations: warranties, engineering services and recruitment PSL.

2009 – 2011 | DIRECT LINE SPAIN Implemented the procurement management framework, including policy, processes, and tool optimisation. Developed and executed the annual negotiation plan with a team of 4 FTE, covering all cost categories while influencing key business stakeholders. Led major negotiations in telecoms, utilities, and IT, consistently achieving double-digit savings. 2007 – 2008 | GESTAMP AUTOMOCIÓN Worked within a global procurement organisation of 100+ professionals and 500+ supply chain users. Responsible for rolling out corporate procurement tools and processes for the hot stamping division in Sweden, USA, and Portugal. Supported alignment of international operations by standardising systems and enhancing procurement efficiency.

World-leading provider of audio-visual engineering and broadcasting services. Delivered international A/V production, including network supply for televised sports broadcasts and corporate events such as commercials and symposiums.

Communicated and promoted the IBERCLEAR project to international clients and local partners. Prepared MOUs for European financial institutions and presented the organisation to potential customers across Europe.
