Management of the accounts receivable for private customers of Spain and Portugal. Invoice incident resolution (price’s differences, refunds, payment incidents…) and new customer openings.

Management of incidents in invoices (refunds, differences in prices, etc.) Supporting to the credit analysts.

Management of orders to HP-Compaq and Microsoft products suppliers and monitoring of status delivery times. Elaboration of different reports about products stocks and special prices and support in the monthly product catalogue.
