HR Operations Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS, and exit formalities. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and company policies. Maintain and update employee records, databases, and payroll inputs with accuracy. Coordinate with vendors for payroll, attendance, and benefits administration. Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements for operational efficiency. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, and benefits. Support audits, HR dashboards, and MIS reporting for management review. Drive employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture. Training & Development Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads. Design, develop, and deliver training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance). Organize induction and orientation programs for new hires. Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements. Maintain training calendars, attendance, and records in compliance with ISO/quality standards. Collaborate with external trainers and institutes for specialized learning programs. Promote a learning culture by encouraging skill-building and career development. Prepare reports on training impact and present insights to leadership.
