Develop and document process and systems to maintain our Procurement, Sourcing, logistics, and Vendor’s scorecards. Control and Risk Mitigation: Identify high risk areas and develop process and systems to mitigate that (PO review / Cost Variance / etc.) Identity opportunities for cost-savings through buying practices, vendors, programs, and Managing Spend. Maintain procurement records and keep them up to date, review contracts and renewals to assure contract compliance. Manage Blanket orders /Safety stock levels efficiently with our suppliers and internally. Build and maintain excellent relationships with trustworthy vendors and suppliers, ensure that vendors are knowledgeable, and abide by company policies. Create systems to deal with supply issues, price increase requests, quality, and shipment issues. Coordinates within departments to ensure that the procurement plan and activities are aligned with inventory and sales plan.

Lead production planning, manufacturing, and process engineers’ teams. Consistently plan and adjust to optimized processes based on conditions. Ensure processes are strong and everyone complies. Manage bottlenecks related to resources and downtime to create optimal efficiency. Ensure that production is cost effective by understanding and reacting to wider needs of the business and not only manufacturing. Ensure goods are produce on time and maintains consistent quality.

Administer and maintain IT infrastructure for servers, OS, Database and system tools/ applications. Implement ERP systems from ground up globally. Troubleshoot and administer ERP throughout the organization. Development and implementation of process for all ERP functions/ modules. Develop BI’s and reports to drive productivity, efficiency. Maintain and manage O365 globally.
