* Conducted a 3.5-year long research project leading to a thesis, in partnership with BBC R&D (see below) * Fully designed, built, deployed, promoted and evaluated a mobile application and website for a local music festival in partnership with the festival’s organizing team as part of a “Research through Design” project. * Created research and design tools that have been used by colleagues both at University and at the BBC. * Conducted user-centred studies through interviews, observation and diaries to understand the experience of live events.

* Disseminated academic knowledge as part of my thesis' industrial partnership. * Co-created a tool and organized workshops to help internal stakeholders improve their cross-media design processes.

* Designed and/or developed information visualization systems. * Supervised student projects, freelance designers, and front-end developers. * Liaised directly with research project partners (both academic and industrial) and clients, for requirement gathering and project management purposes. * Shortlisted at the 2012 Google French Presidential Elections Data Visualization competition for the “Bubble-T” Twitter visualization project, where I was a developer. * Winner of the 2014 Documation Data Intelligence Access award for JocondeLab, a semantic metadata-enabled artwork search engine that I designed and where I led the front-end development for the French Ministry of Culture.

Gathered data, wrote reports and produced data visualizations to analyze online communication strategies.

Operated IT support services as part of a 24/7 in-house desk dedicated to internal broadcast systems for France’s largest private TV broadcaster. Applied both planned and emergency maintenance procedures. Managed, designed and/or developed systems supervision and automation projects.

* Member of a team whose mission statement is to "help researchers across the University make the best use of digital technologies", with a focus on the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. * Fostering meetings between researchers to create new research opportunities, including around Virtual Reality (VR) and Food Sciences. * Product owner for a Research Data Management project: providing expertise on data management practices, gathering requirements and liaising with research groups, Information Services and Libraries for the commissioning and agile delivery of new Research Data Management capabilities. * Inviting seminar speakers and liaising with a student society to organize a "Digital Research Week" * Creating a social media strategy for the team and supporting its broader communication strategy. * Reviewing and reporting on data management practices within the organization and suggesting potential improvements. * Supporting compliance with new data protection regulations (GDPR).

Wrote reports and blog posts on digital communication and technology. Designed and developed data visualization interfaces based on social media data.
