Founder and owner of the pilates studio Pilates Lifestyle in Aachen with focus on small group training and personl training. Responsible trainer for several pilates classes at Medaix Aachen, Volkshochschule Alsdorf and Würselen. Actively involved in the pilates community in order to enhance the pilates portfolio within Aachen area.

Responsible for long term management of test execution performed by international test teams ( lead of test teams both locally and remotely). • Coordinate set-up of the test network spread across multiple locations in accordance with project specification. • Responsible for prioritization of test activities based on customer requirements in close cooperation with technical management. • Collaborate with technical management and aim to build a strong, productive relationship in order to ensure goals are met and projects delivered on time.

Crucial link between the test team and the product owner, i.e. responsible for transparency and understanding from both sides and communicate information to the relevant recipient in an efficient and coherent manner. •Handle all things Scrum way by organizing required meetings and retrospectives for local test teams. •Ensure the verification process runs smoothly by removing impediments and solving conflicts that are hampering the team’s advancement.

Responsible for implementation of Agile & Lean ways of working within Release Mgmt. •Drive Agile education throughout entire Release organization, i.e. coach project managers and test teams toward Agile project mgmt. •Organize and give Agile trainings and seminars on demand.

•Organize and lead cross-organizational teams in developing and implementing project deliverables. •Effectively assessing and managing project risks and associated business impacts. •Secure project deliveries to fully meet committed plans in terms of time, quality, budget and scope.

Responsible for analysis and improvement of processes (Lean, Value Stream Mapping) •Definition of group targets and KPIs. •Preparation and moderation of roadshows on global level ( Finland, Croatia, China, Germany) in order to promote the new processes.

Risk officer: •Critical analysis of current progress of project to identify and collect risks for the future running of the project. •Interfacing with individual product development areas and subproject teams located in multiple international locations to ensure reliable input for analysis. •Define the risk management strategy and perform presentations of the strategy toward the project leaders and during project face-to-face meetings. Project admin: •Providing student helpers with training, mentoring and feedback on project activities and Ericsson processes. •Assisting the project managers with preparations for documentation, reports or presentations. •Arranging project meetings, workshops etc. •Developing and maintaining project web pages.

Working on a one-to-one basis with multiple customers as the interface toward the internal project managers following a sales order.This required a strong competence and ability for building client relationships with a commitment to providing positive results and customer satisfaction. •Provide the customer with advice on product selection and information on product introduction. •Member of the core team defining the company strategy to target further sales and identifying new opportunities within existing customer relationships.
