TERGA Project- Combined Cycle Power Plant (3 X KA26 - 400MW) Algeria -Supports all technical engineering / procurement for erection & commissioning activities for water/steam cycle, balance of plant and the plant overall during site execution stages. -Manage, perform, and coordinate the handling and inspection of subcontractors on site -Insuring the monitoring of the technical activities during erection and commissioning -Prepare and keep control of time schedule, sourcing strategy -Negotiations with the client explain and convince him for different technical solution -Participate to client meetings and ensure that corrective actions defined are closed on time -Maintain knowledge of the sub-supplier market -Organizing and execute acceptance testing in agreement with the Alstom standards -Supporting the site management in the planning and documenting of its work, in accordance with the applicable procedures
