🔹Led recruitment, mobilization, and onboarding activities for Samsung C&T as part of the FAST Consortium on the Riyadh Metro Project (Lines 4, 5 & 6). 🔹 The FAST Consortium was appointed by the Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) to deliver EPC services and comprised FCC Construcción, Samsung C&T, Strukton, Alstom Transport, Freyssinet, TYPSA, W.S. Atkins, and SETEC. 🔹 Coordinated workforce planning and hiring delivery across consortium interfaces, supporting engineering, construction, and project management teams under complex EPC and regulatory environments. 🔹 Acted as a key link between recruitment operations, consortium partners, and project leadership to ensure compliant, timely onboarding aligned with project schedules.

🔹Supported high-volume recruitment and onboarding activities during early mobilization phases of the Riyadh Metro Project, working within a multi-national consortium structure. 🔹 Developed hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure recruitment within one of the Kingdom’s most complex transport programs.

🔹Gained hands-on exposure to small business operations including customer handling, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and day-to-day management, strengthening practical business judgment and people-handling skills.

🔹Progressed into a senior recruitment role supporting HQ and major project sites, leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical, operational, and management positions across large construction programs. 🔹During this tenure, worked on JV projects between CCE and Samsung, acting as the recruitment and workforce coordination bridge supporting delivery teams on the Al Rajhi Bank Headquarters project (USD 170M). 🔹 Partnered closely with project leadership to align workforce mobilization with construction milestones, ensuring continuity during critical delivery phases.

Started my career in Saudi Arabia in a project administration role, supporting site operations, documentation, and coordination on major developments.
