In November 2019, I was just a final-year student when I joined a small Facebook page called Frontlines Media. By Day 2, I started posting content — aptitude, reasoning, job updates, interview experiences, and memes that connected learning with humour. Slowly, students started trusting my content. They asked me for guidance. They followed every update. They cracked jobs. And that’s how a community was born. From there, the journey became bigger than all of us. Over the next 5 years: I built a 2 million+ online student community organically Expanded our brand across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Telegram Created our content strategies, job updates ecosystem & meme-based learning model Converted our community into a successful EdTech business Built multiple internal teams — SRM, Placements, Collaborations, Social Media Designed our brand voice, student celebrations, success stories & offline engagement Brought in consistent revenue purely from the community I nurtured Today, I serve as the Chief Growth Officer at Frontlines Edutech, responsible for: Community Growth Brand Strategy Performance Marketing Content & Communication Sales Funnel Engineering Team Leadership Student Relationship Systems Placement Outreach Company-wide Growth Initiatives I believe in one philosophy: “Build the community first.
