Aquaculture venture operated under Global Bhullar Enterprise, where I operate a saltwater fish hatchery specialising in grouper fingerlings. The operation focuses on controlled breeding, hatchery management, water quality monitoring, and biosecurity to ensure healthy stock and consistent production. Managed with a long-term and sustainable approach, the hatchery emphasises operational discipline, quality standards, and efficient production cycles. This venture complements a diversified business portfolio and reflects a commitment to responsible aquaculture practices and long-term value creation.

Musang King Durian Plantation, Desaru Since 2019, I have been serving as Managing Partner of an actively operating Musang King durian plantation in Desaru. This venture was developed with a long-term perspective, focusing on disciplined farm management, sustainability, and gradual yield optimisation rather than short-term returns. The plantation is managed with careful attention to land preparation, drainage, tree spacing, soil health, and ongoing maintenance to support healthy tree growth and consistent fruit quality. Day-to-day operations include supervising farm activities, coordinating labour, monitoring tree development, and ensuring proper agricultural practices are followed throughout the year. This agricultural venture reflects a diversification into plantation management grounded in patience, planning, and respect for the land. It complements my broader entrepreneurial experience across manufacturing, logistics, aquaculture, and investment sectors, and represents a commitment to building sustainable, long-term value through responsible agriculture.

Co-founded and led a confectionery manufacturing company over a period of 16 years, overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and growth. Built the organisation into a large-scale manufacturing operation with exports to 22 countries worldwide. Responsible for production management, international sales, supply chain coordination, workforce leadership, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Led business expansion, market development, and operational scaling while maintaining efficiency and product standards.

Undertook structured on-the-job training in electrical engineering operations, supporting power generation and distribution activities. Assisted senior engineers in site inspections, maintenance planning, fault reporting, and basic system analysis. Gained practical exposure to electrical safety procedures, technical documentation, and real-world engineering practices within a national utility environment.

Completed a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Honours) with a strong foundation in electrical systems, electronics, circuit analysis, power engineering, and engineering mathematics. The programme emphasized both theoretical knowledge and practical application through laboratory work, group projects, and a final-year engineering project. Developed analytical thinking, technical problem-solving skills, and an understanding of real-world engineering practices, which later supported my professional role as an Electrical Engineer and my entrepreneurial ventures.
