I am happy to share that I completed my internship at IIIC – Innovation, Incubation and Industry Collaboration Centre, a part of the Murugappa Group. During this internship, I worked in the placement and recruitment support team where I gained practical exposure to talent sourcing, candidate coordination, and virtual job fair management. I also learned how organizations use digital recruitment strategies and online platforms to connect with potential candidates effectively. This experience helped me strengthen my communication skills, understand the recruitment process, and gain valuable insights into the HR field.
