Responsible for managing client accounts, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored AIDC solutions. Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support. Work closely with technical teams to meet client needs and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

- Analyzed data gathered from different sources to identify strength and weak points of team members, evaluate the progress of various projects, and to take immediate action by setting a better workflow for projects and a plan for team members to follow - all using metrics on dashboards and reporting tools. - Managed to assist scrum team be equiped with necessary resources and to deliver project on sprint and within scope.

- Facilitated all meetings for existing software projects ( such as sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, etc. ). - Helped organize the team workflow by documenting, and creating dashboards and reports and data analyzing: which helped us understand the progress of the projects, the progress of team members, and assisted us in the decision making process.

- Built a website and was given simple tasks everyday. - At the end of my internship, I was capable of cloning a website using HTML5, JS, CSS, Jquery and Bootstrap.

- Helped out international students who needed help with documents, courses, campus, etc.

Nominated and elected to be part of the filming crew and only editor for the senior video of Dar Jana International School's 2019 batch.

Elected as student council head giving me the opportunity to start a water bottle recycling campaign, allowing high school students to be involved and contribute to a good-cause campaign.

In 2019, my school hosted the Model United Nations event in Jeddah and I was honored to be a part of the administation team. My role was to supervise the delegates, GA and secretariat officials, and provide them with all their necessities.

As part of my community service course in senior year, I was assigned to be a volunteer for a hospital pharmacy's staff. I helped organize and keep track of the medications on the shelves.

During my studies in Management Information Systems, I became intrigued by the management aspects of the field. To deepen my understanding, I decided to enroll in a Business Administration minor program. The program has been extremely helpful, offering courses like Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, where I learned about management practices and employee behavior within organizations.
