One of my key achievements was building a full Customer Service department from the ground up, improving processes, service quality, and team performance.I later transitioned into Accounting in alignment with my academic background, with around 1.5 years of experience handling daily financial operations and maintaining accurate records with strong attention to detail.I combine my customer service experience with my accounting background, allowing me to understand business needs and contribute effectively to both operational and financial aspects.
