New Monk creates authentic, root-based beverages that are refreshing and free from artificial flavors and sweeteners. We use pure cane sugar and a carefully balanced amount of preservatives to ensure exceptional quality and taste. Our range features four unique syrup SKUs and three revitalizing ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages. After 16 years in the corporate world, I embarked on an enriching journey to create a heritage beverage brand. As the Founder of New Monk, I look after Production, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and drive overall business growth. We are actively seeking partners, leaders and co-founders to help drive New Monk's growth. We are a small yet dynamic team, and our manufacturing facility actively supports women's empowerment by providing meaningful employment opportunities.

As a part of build3 impact Accelerator Cohort 3, I am co-building an impact startup with build3. This journey is aimed at addressing challenges related to but not limited to environmental sustainability, social entrepreneurship, leveraging innovative solutions to create meaningful change.

Designed and delivered leadership development programs to build capability, strengthen decision-making, and prepare emerging leaders for expanded roles. Implemented succession and talent planning frameworks, ensuring continuity, leadership readiness, and long-term organisational resilience.
