Provide technical support and develop new technologies to facilitate and optimize production of laser cut and laser welded solder paste stencils.

-Supervising the CS team, coordinating between the Customer Service division and other divisions in the company, - Helping in developing the ERP for the company in a way that serves the CS job and makes it easier on employees to do. -Maintaining the quality level of performance for the team and working on continuous development for the employees.

-Processing all of the customers` requests , answering questions, giving them updates for their orders. -Coordinating between the internal parties involved in an order like production and manufacturing and the customer itself. -Processing the A-Laser requests for new projects and taking care of any potential customers recommended by them.

Supervising the CAD team and updating them with all of the news, new CAD techniques and providing monthly reports for the status of the work at this division.

- Computer Aided Designing the orders, preparing quotes and set primary prices for any new RFQ . - Releasing the customers` orders to production. - Searching new technologies to improve the CAD process and outputs.

Graduated with the completion of IGCSE certification (O-level + A-level) with AB Average Equivalent to (90 / 100).

B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from Al-Balqa applied university; 160 credit hours, with (3.33/4 GPA) (Very Good rating) ranking 5th on a class of 112 students. * Award winning graduation project The objective of the project was to create a robotic kit that can be useful in teaching engineering students the basic concepts of robotics design to be used in the university's robotics lab. The end result was modular robot platform containing discrete modules that cover all the basic robotics knowledge contained within our university's robotics curriculum, while also being easy enough to understand, use and modify by students and lab technicians. The project participated in a contest held by the Jordanian engineers association for graduation projects from all Jordanian universities, and won third place over the electrical engineering division. it was also showcased during an exhibition for engineering excellence under the patronage of her eminence princess Sumaya bint al Hassan.
