Owned most of the web and IOS releases end to end with an emphasis on regression and feature testing. Reduced regressions in releases by about 15% in the last one year with comprehensive test plans and automation wherever possible. Worked on test suits to improve performance and reliability of android and IOS applications, which resulted in significant user growth as well as better user experience. Monitored user engagement with the help of user funneling,crashlytics,firebase events across all platforms and helped to maintain a crash free product. Worked with cross functional teams as part incident management to triage and resolve issues in the application in a timely manner. In the last 1 year, I was able to reduce the average resolution time by 20% and frequency of incidents by 30%.
