Analyzed formulary data from HMM for potential issues when interfaced to AdminRx. Provided recommendations to correct the issues found and assisted in modifying the formulary data. Participated in testing the integration between HMM and AdminRx. Performed unit and integration testing for the CPOE interface project at a large hospital using HMM and Eclipsys SCM to make sure that medication orders flowed correctly from SCM to HMM and back to SCM. Reviewed HMM formulary to decide which medications should be interfaced by Routed Med ID or by HMM Item number. Reviewed medications in SCM Order Catalog to validate Brand Names. Modified the configuration of HMM Formulary items as necessary to resolve interface issues. Configured medications in the SCM Order Catalog. Configured Therapeutic Substitutions in HMM Formulary. Configured PCUs, Beds, Batches, MARs and Assignments in HMM for new hospital. Participated in Interface Design and Configuration decision process.

* Performed integration testing for the Closed Loop project at a large hospital using HMM and HEO to make sure that medication orders flowed correctly from HEO to HMM and back to HEO. Worked with other team members to make sure that the medication orders flowed correctly to McKesson’s Meds and IVs. Tested flow of the hospital’s top 400 medications from HEO to HMM. Assisted in correcting medication data in the HEO database. Participated in the training of the hospital’s Pharmacists. Migrated medications and charges from a paper based system to using HMM to process orders and produce charges. Project tasks included project management * data analysis * implementing PCUs and beds, cart fill batches, labels and reports in HMM * preparing the unit test, integration test, cutover and go-live plans * unit testing the ordering of all medications in the system * and performing the integration testing.

As a member of the department that develops and supports our internal business applications, I was responsible for the Systems Management of all 38 ServiceNow instances in our department including policies and procedures, systems security, user support, cloning and upgrades. I was the team lead for our department's service desk team that provides level 1 application support. I also provided coaching to our Agile project teams.
