Since joining the Rural King Distribution Center team in November 2020, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Supply Chain Vendor Control Manager. In this role, I oversee our Vendor Compliance and Quality Assurance teams across both the Mattoon, IL and Waverly, OH Distribution Centers. I also serve as the Store to Distribution Center Representative, a position that has allowed me to visit every Rural King store and strengthen the vital connection between our store operations and distribution network. Additionally, I lead as a New Store Department Head, traveling to each of our new markets to support store teams in preparing for successful openings and community engagement. I take great pride in contributing to Rural King's ongoing growth through hands-on collaboration, cross-functional leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence. Inbound Freight Supply Chain Supervisor November 2020 – February 2021 Oversaw inbound freight operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the Distribution Center. Vendor Compliance Manager February 2021 – Present Manage Vendor Compliance across two Distribution Centers, driving adherence to standards and improving vendor performance. Quality Assurance Manager June 2022 – Present Lead Quality Assurance initiatives at both Mattoon, IL and Waverly, OH Distribution Centers, ensuring product integrity and operational excellence. Store to Distribution Center Representative October 2022 – Present Serve as the liaison between store operations and distribution, strengthening communication and alignment across the network. Supply Chain Vendor Control Manager June 2024 – Present Oversee vendor control functions, supporting Rural King's expanding footprint and operational growth.
