I oversaw 22 meat departments under the Zehrs banner. I held weekly conference calls with my managers to assure the smooth running of these departments. My duties included overseeing meat orders, store to store transfers of product (therefore balancing product store to store) which helped with the shrink line. Trouble shooting, acting as a liaison between stores and head office. I checked all reports, supervising all store sales planners, and compare them to item movement, ordering procedures, signage, shelf labels, for accuracy and ad changes. Relined counters for seasonal flips as necessary. I held myself accountable for store miscues, which I corrected to the best of my ability.
