* Support and maintain PC hardware and software including new computer setup, images, configure Mitel Telephones, BES servers and users onsite and all printers. * Work with various towers to perform daily IMAC tasks along with SEV1 and 2 emergencies for sites in Canada, Barbados and other sites as needed. * Perform VIP tasks such as data restores, reconnect user to VPN, Utimaco challenge request and recover tokens, and troubleshooting requests remotely. * Follow ITIL procedures using Service Centre setting onsite priorities using such tools as AD, logmein123, SCCM,BES, RDP, FTP, Utimaco and Safeguard console. * As senior analyst create install documents, spreadsheets to track equipment, and work with management to keep them abreast of IT policies. * Provide Training on specialised software to employees.
