In 1998 Randy acquired his broker’s license from the State of Michigan, and founded Bouwkamp Properties, and Lakeshore Signature Properties, expanding the company’s real estate capabilities. Randy has earned his Certified Graduate Builder designation and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist degree from the NAHB joining him nationally with an elite group of builders.
