Hi! I'm Randi and I've been in Talent Acquisition for 15+ years. I love engaging with candidates, building relationships through the recruitment lifecycle, helping candidates land their next career and the feeling that comes with presenting an offer. I’m known for building trusting relationships with Executives and being able to influence senior leaders and hiring managers. I lead by example and I’m comfortable being hands-on in all aspects of the recruiting process. As the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at Rakuten International, I oversee a team of Sr. Recruiters in a high-volume, constantly evolving environment. I care deeply about the team I work with and the relationships I've built during my time at Rakuten. I'm also a wife and mom to a special needs boy which brings me a combination of empathy, compassion, and humor.
