Through legal education, leadership training, and one-on-one mentoring, Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) looks to break the cycle of violence, crime, and incarceration of teens. Research-based and outcome-driven, FLY's award-winning programs inspire and empower youth in the juvenile justice system, and youth at-risk for system involvement, to alter the trajectory of their lives. Our vision is that our most at-risk and disadvantaged youth will transform from juvenile delinquents into positive community leaders. Now in its 16th year, FLY currently operates in Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Alameda Counties, and has plans to expand into a fourth jurisdiction. Visit us on the web at flyprogram.org.
