Leadership and strategic oversight of FLY’s Law, Leadership, and Aftercare Program according to FLY’s Theory of Change. Implementation of performance management system. Represent FLY in high level stakeholder collaboration efforts in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Hire, Train, Develop, and Supervise a team of four Program Managers. Provide individual development plans and conduct annual performance reviews. Collaborate closely with Director of Evaluation and Learning to advance FLY’s five year Learning Agenda and implementation of FLY’s Theory of Change across core programs. Monitor contract and grant deliverables and agency internal goals for programs and individuals. Responsible for completion of all government and foundation grant and contract reporting. Lead Theory of Change (TOC) Implementation Committee efforts.

Research-based and outcome-driven, FLY's award-winning programs inspire and empower youth in the juvenile justice system, and youth at-risk for system involvement, to alter the trajectory of their lives. Our vision is that our most at-risk and disadvantaged youth will transform from juvenile delinquents into positive community leaders.
