Responsible for developing and executing business strategy to sustain global growth of a $10 million line of business serving Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) executives. Manage research and advisory teams in the delivery of strategic research, benchmarking, training, and high-quality advisory services designed to: - improve Finance departments' analytic capabilities, - make Financial Planning processes more effective, - rightsize organizational scope and structure, and - maximize the value of Finance IT investments

Responsible for global growth of CEB’s Finance Practice through the delivery of high-quality signature research content for the CEB Finance, Strategy, and Innovation programs. Deputed to co-manage team of 40 research staff in India, build the practice’s quantitative and syndicated research capabilities, and enable greater ownership of high-impact research out of the firm’s India research hub in Gurgaon. Head the Finance Practice’s Center of Excellence on Talent Management and partner with CEB SHL to build Innovation and Shared Services Talent Assessment products. Provide key input on India Office strategy, talent, and office management challenges. Work with practice, program, and functional leads to ensure the optimal hiring, development and deployment of talent in the short and the longer term.

Worked across a global team in delivering high-impact signature quality research to enhance the effectiveness of over 1,000 heads of R&D, Strategy, and Finance executives at Fortune 1000 companies. Advised clients on scenario planning, portfolio strategy, innovation management, capability building, organizational design, performance measurement, knowledge capture, and process improvement initiatives. Designed hypothesis-led surveys to develop proprietary databases and generate contrarian, fact-based insights. Provided key input on CEB R&D product strategy and new business initiatives and managed all data assets, diagnostic tools, and short-turnaround analytics projects across two programs.

Led teams of analysts in producing and delivering quantitative research insights, creating diagnostic services, and decision-support tools for R&D and Operations executives at over 600 global corporations. Developed quantitative research capabilities for the Operations practice, established deep client relationships, and played key role in driving sales, renewals, and delivering executive education through webinars and teleconferences.

Conducted revenue forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and business case assessments for multiple transportation-related infrastructure initiatives. Managed project funds and assigned tasks to team members and support staff. Represented firm at client meetings and workshops.

Conducted and published research on international trade in services such as telecom, banking, and healthcare, to aid and improve policymaking in World Bank’s member countries. Worked on country-specific projects pertaining to services sectors and developed policy recommendations.
