Responsible for overseeing and managing manufacturing operations activities in 3 Surface Mount Technology production lines. Developing and executing continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and utilization of production lines Overseeing the allocation of Mfg. supervisors in the SMT area. Planning, directing and coordinate the manufacturing of products in strict compliance with company goals and objectives. Managing multi-shift production operations to meet daily schedules at the optimum level of productivity and quality. Provide management and leadership for area supervisors.

Supervise and support the Surface mount technology department within Keltech. · Work closely with program management to insure on time delivery of mainly class 3 product. · Working in conjunction with our engineering staff to ensure highest quality outcome and process improvements 5S and lean manufacturing principles within Keltech. Worked directly with Quality Manager within the SMT area to implement in line AOI inspection for real time in process feedback. · Updated and writing new work instructions relating to machine and process operations. · Part of a team that researches and purchases new production equipment relating to circuit board manufacturing. · Responsible for writing and delivering yearly performance appraisals.

Direct the daily operations of up to 113 individuals within a focus factory manufacturing environment · Responsible for the production over 184 different circuit board assemblies and 81 different final tactical radio box assemblies including spares. · Maintain and develop 5S standard based around lean manufacturing concepts · Ongoing process improvements in a world class manufacturing facility · Created a cross functional training matrix that which is currently being used division wide to help track and encourage employee growth. · Track and continuously improve quality and insure low DPMO on a daily basis · Provide ongoing employee growth thru 1on1 employee development discussions and semiannual and annual performance appraisals.
