• Manage the program inline with its vision, mission, and objectives • Ensure realizing the program benefits • Plan program-level activities and schedule • Develop budget and operational plan of the program • Manage the program team (PMO office/ Architects / BI Developers / SAP Developers / Analysts / Consultants / Designers / QA) • Analyze and take actions regarding the program risks and issues • Report review status bi-weekly and monthly to executive committee • Report review status weekly to program sponsor • First approval of deliverables and invoices

• Establishing strategic objectives, policy, procedures and methodology of program. • Leading amazing team of 12 colleagues, in different areas (PMO office/ Architects / BI Developers / SAP Developers / Analysts / Consultants / Designers / QA) and making sure everyone involved understands what are the aims of project, what success looks like and what their role is in achieving this. • Collaborate with Saudi Health Council (SHC) to manage healthcare data. • Providing consultancy and technical solutions to find the best visualization of data for decision makers. • Developing sub-projects scopes and objectives. • Develop projects plan to track progress. • Dealing with change requests and critical deliver time. • Involving all relevant stakeholders\business owners and ensuring technical feasibility. • Working on KPI's and Real time dashboards for multi and critical systems (HAJJ Command Center, Referrals, ERP(Supply Chain, Human Resource, Asset Management), Early Warning System, Treatment (Elaji), Sahel, Mawid) and lead the team how work and develop dashboards by using different technologies; like Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI and Lumira.

• Managing 6 major projects: Mystery Shopper, Patient Satisfaction, SAUTUK, Ideate to Innovate, "Alrowad" Award, EPMO System and dashboard following PMI standard and policy • On each project; I developed Scope, Plan, documentation, stakeholder matrix, RACI matrix, Risk plan and Reports, Dealing with change requests and critical deliver time. • Leading a team of developers, analysts and testers and making sure everyone involved understands what are the aims of project, what success looks like and what their role is in achieving this.

• Providing administrative & technical support for Birth, Death and Nutrition systems. • Design, develop and maintain test cases and strategies for cross-browser testing and multiple user scenarios. • Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents (BRD, SRS). • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases • Prioritize and plan testing activities • Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved • Building database using Oracle and SQL. • Building forms & report using SharePoint, HTML and Crystal Report. • Training co-op students. • Conducting workshops for staff • Acting Department Head (Dual Role): - Providing administrative support for staff - Supervising the work flow of the department tasks - Submitting annual reports - Reviewing attendance reports - Conducting interviews • Fixing technical problems remotely. • Designing logo's, brochures & booklets.

• Teaching & training students in several subjects like (Software Engineering, Basics in Database, Computer Applications, Basics in Network …) • Following-up & providing students in their projects. • Conducting office hours for the students. • Preparing test questions and correcting them. • Arranging the schedule of lectures with suitable studying rooms & labs. • Preparing computer labs with PC's, Printers & local network.

• Provide assistance and maintenance to all computer systems and hardware. • Resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support • Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software. • Fixing any issue related to the equipment on a daily basis. • Providing technical support for E-learning programs which are transfer some lectures from Jordan to the various colleges in KSA. • Arranging the schedule of lectures.
