Rana Jammoul

Rana is an Entrepreneur, certified consultant, coach, and trainer. She has over 25 years of professional experience and held many senior positions in Multinational companies in the Middle East Region. Her career path has been distinguished by major career shifts, continuous learning, and achievements due to her dedication, commitment, and support from international mentors and coaches. She holds a master’s degree in Business Management from the Lebanese American University (LAU), Beirut-Lebanon. She contributed to spreading awareness of the importance of self-development as a founding member and as president of the International Coach Federation -ICF Lebanon Chapter, (formerly LCA). She has been sharing proven strategies through interactive training programs and workshops for private organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, women, and scout’s associations in The Middle East region. These were delivered in Arabic and English, both online and in person. She has been hosted in several radio programs, participated in numerous conferences, and delivered various talks and seminars, where she shared with the audience her in-depth knowledge and wisdom in the field of Leadership, professional relationships, management, and communication.   In addition, she has been sharing her expertise as a woman Entrepreneur, the challenges she faced, and how she transformed them into leadership opportunities. In 2006, She was the Managing director for a recruitment agency based in Dubai. In 2021, she became the founder of Relationship Journeys LLC, a company that offers leadership and communication programs, coaching and consultancy services, groups, and one-to-one private sessions. Her mission is to provide women, who want to reach senior positions or venture into entrepreneurship, strategies to handle the challenges they may face so they can become influential leaders. To achieve this, they need to invest in their personal development, refine their leadership skills, and receive adequate support from mentors, coaches, and their communities.
