• Consult with stakeholders and management in the organization to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s). • Source qualified candidates Worldwide (Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Syria, Jordon, India and Pakistan) based on the needs • Screen candidates and selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers. • Counsel candidates on the interview and hiring process. • Follow up with hiring managers after the interview process and collect the feedback. • Check candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience, and, backgrounds. • Start the salary negotiation process • Participate in the onboarding process Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track applicants through the selection phase to the onboarding phase.

• Monitor, and coach new team members’ performance and assisting them in reaching their maximum potential. • Receive vacancies requests and perform the search in accordance with the required qualifications and job descriptions. • Head Hunting for potential candidates when needed. • Meeting with clients to discuss the positions needed , contact them for any clarifications concerning required posts, and prepare an action plan to meet the client’s requirements. • Help in creating job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose, scope of responsibility and prerequisites (if not provided). • Create and post job adds on the company job portal and different social media sources. • Screen and select resumes to proceed with filling the opportunities. • Conduct face to face interviews (Competency Based Interviews) with applicants and short-listed candidates in different seniority levels. • Arrange for selected candidates to attend interviews with clients on due date and time and follow up with clients for the status of proposed candidates. • Attend Job Fairs and encourage the candidates to apply with Ethics for the available opportunities. • Maintain a secured filing system for all resumes.
