● Proposing image-based OPCVerification in place of edge-based measurements for a variety of applications (OPCV, OPC correction, ILT verification, MRC, MPC, et cetera). ● Delivering the preliminary results of some OPCV checks (distance, epe, ils/nils) on intensity gray image (grids from arial/resist simulations) instead of contours, coding via Python and dask-cuda for distributed computing. ● Validating all the curvilinear OPCV checks (distance, curvature, epe, depth_width_ratio, et cetera). ● Using lapi and Python to prototype OPC (from fragmentation to iterative correction) and OPCV APIs to interface with some customers, also substantiating some fundamental validations, such as construction of Bezier curves for piecewise-Bezier curvilinear layers. ● Adapting to use a variety of languages fitting to a diverse range of projects, Python, C/C++ (cplai/ilapi), SVRF, tvf (tcl), et cetera. ● Designing and scripting (mainly using Python) to empower and facilitate a diverse range of internal testing. ● Communicating customer requirements and testing prospective solutions to R&D within product application field. ● Filing enhancement and defect reports to address product gaps and supporting product deployment.
