With a steadfast commitment to professional growth and a positive mindset, I’ve navigated my career from an ambitious student to a Research analyst role. My journey began with a clear goal: to complete my master’s degree and join a multinational company. Not only did I achieve this by joining FactSet Systems India Private Limited during my MBA, but I also rose through the ranks to become a Team Leader within five years, managing a diverse team of over 20 professionals. My mantra for success is simple: go above and beyond in every task to achieve excellence. This philosophy has guided me in honing skills such as leadership, data analysis, and presentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI. I am a big believer of Law of Attraction and I believe that affirmations are a wonderful way to change how I think, feel and act in a positive way everyday. After successful 6.5 years at FactSet, made another big move. Joined Kroll as Lead, Global Financial Research. Now, with over 8.5 years of cumulative experience and a transition to a managerial position at Kroll, I continue to embrace challenges and drive impactful results.
