Developed myFLSWiki by customizing and integrating JSPWiki and implemented JAAS Authorization.

Contributed in evaluating products such as Subversion, Subclipse, TortoiseSVN. Advocated the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) perspective & training for the team. Contributed to SanMar's IT Roadmap to have a SOA & BPM as part of the reference architecture. Collaborated with peers & managers to define the Enterprise Integration Platform, a middleware platform to enhance SanMar's business value by providing reusable, adaptable, secure technical solutions.

As the SOA Web Services Team Lead, responsible for building the Web Services Team. Responsible for designing & building the web services framework to develop a sleuth of Axis2 based web services to integrate the messaging between different technology groups.
