 Project Planning & coordination, plan & organize project kick-off meetings, project schedules as per SLA, weekly review meetings, and monitor project as per timelines defined.  Inter-Department coordination work, Monitoring of projects at various stages like material inspection, material delivery, and project execution and follow-up.  Project Execution planning towards supply & erection of materials, Manpower deployment for a project.  Monitor project execution related to liaison activities.  Site Management and Project Planning with respect to Material Supply, Store Management, Manpower Requirement, Time & Target Oriented Site Construction Progress, and Completion.  Supervision for civil & mechanical, electrical activity testing and commissioning knowledge.  Safety Procedure and IMS knowledge.  Good knowledge of Electrical layouts and equipment used in the solar sector.  To maintain and develop well contacts with GSECL CE, SE, EE, DE & GERMI (Consultant) officials for measurements approval.
