About

As a Senior Director of Maintenance I have the responsibility for overseeing all installations, repairs, and upkeep operations of all brands that I manage. I am required to allocate and supervise upkeep staff (Housekeeping, Facility managers & engineers) and manage relationships with contractors and service providers. I am also responsible for the timely planning, direction, participation and supervision of both preventative and unplanned maintenance and repair activities for all facilities, which includes painting, plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, electrical work and site development when needed. Construction Manager: Main contact person from the Brand for construction related activities for Retail department. I coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time product launch. Works closely with Brand to ensure sales forecasts and budgets are achieved, and provides management with appropriate countermeasures when necessary. Take early corrective action to resolve any shortfall in meeting brands requirements. Negotiate with Vendors to improve the supplier scorecard when a discrepancy occurs. Effective project management skills and problem solver. Ability to multi task while keeping sense of urgency per customer and 100% customer focused to keep the customers vision of providing great customer service, projects on budget and on schedule, will always strive to exceed expectation.
