I have worked with MSI for the evaluation of USAID funded project at Skardu.I was selected as a Field Researcher and my role was to collect data from different groups of people. Being a field researcher I was also responsible for providing to the Evaluation Manager to the complete set of notes from the interview in English, after each interview.

Worked with HRDN under their project named" Umeed Jawan" as Assistant to the Internship Coordinator .My main responsibility was to place interns in different organizations .My association with HRDN enabled me to interact with experienced and highly qualified officers which proved helpful in communication with different organizations and has also increased my confidence level.

Worked as Field Researcher for a capacity building project called EELY (enhance employability and leadership in youth). First participated in the baseline survey in 2011 for one month. We collected the statistical data from youth, employers, service providers and cottage industries via questionnaires. Later those data were analyzed and related initiatives were taken for their capacity building. In 2014 the Midline survey identified that the milestones were achieved. Our team used android based applications to connect to the central database for the real time data analysis.

Currently I am working with BRAC Pakistan as a Monitoring officer in the Country office Islamabad assisting Head of Monitoring in various tasks such as data collection, report writing, field visits for Health Education & MF Programes, proposal writing, drafting minutes of the meetings etc
