Ramiro Delgado
Chief Executive Officer @ Logisti-K
About
I believe that how you decide shapes everything. That belief has guided my career as an executive and entrepreneur across more than 30 years in global supply chain and business leadership. Today, I focus on designing logistics ecosystems across North America that don’t just move products — they accelerate cash, integrate operations, and redefine how companies compete. I work with companies operating in domestic and cross-border environments (Mexico – United States – Canada), helping them transform logistics from a cost center into a strategic driver of growth. My approach is simple: Logistics is not about moving freight — it’s about how efficiently you convert operations into cash. I focus on: - End-to-end logistics ecosystems - Working capital optimization - Order-to-cash acceleration - Cross-border integration - Asset-light operating models Throughout my career, I’ve worked across industries, including building products, food & beverage, retail, and consumer goods, leading complex operations across more than 25 countries in America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia. I’ve had the opportunity to operate on both sides of the equation — as a shipper, a logistics provider, and an entrepreneur — which allows me to understand where value is created and where it is lost. Fluent in Spanish and English.
