In my role at the Economic Zones Development Agency Vocational Training Center, I am dedicated to equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in robotics, programming, and artificial intelligence. My mission is to prepare students to meet industry demands and become competitive professionals in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design, update, and optimize comprehensive lesson plans and training materials that cover both theoretical and practical aspects of robotics, programming, and AI. Instruction and Mentorship: Conduct interactive lectures, seminars, and hands-on laboratory sessions to foster an engaging learning environment, while providing individual guidance to support student development. Practical Project Implementation: Organize and oversee real-world projects and laboratory work that enable students to apply their skills in practical scenarios, thereby enhancing their problem-solving abilities. Industry Collaboration: Collaborate closely with industry experts and local business representatives to ensure that training programs remain current and aligned with industry standards. Assessment and Feedback: Regularly evaluate students’ progress through practical assessments and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Achievements and Impact: Enhanced students' technological expertise and professionalism through innovative teaching methods and practical project implementation. Contributed to strengthening the competitive edge and leadership position of the vocational training center within the economic zones. Empowering Women in the South Caucasus through Technology Training As part of the "Economic Empowerment of Women in the South Caucasus" project, I am dedicated to educating women from various vulnerable groups at the Sabirabad Women’s Resource Center and Füzuli Women’s Resource Center. My focus areas include: Information and Communication Technology (ICT): Teaching essential ICT skills to enhance digital literacy.Office Programs: Providing comprehensive training in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to improve workplace efficiency and productivity. Adobe Photoshop: Enabling women to develop creative skills for graphic design and digital content creation. 1C Enterprise: Offering detailed instruction on the 1C Enterprise software to support business and financial management.Through these initiatives, I aim to empower women, increase their employment opportunities, and contribute to their personal and professional development.
