• Negotiating with Israeli suppliers in the field of mechanics and packaging • Preparing a work plan for the production departments according to the delivery plan and depending on the availability of the materials and of the production capacity • Examining of suppliers and approving them for work

• Planning of the production from forecast to delivery to the customers • Routine work with the parent company in Germany (KBA) and establishing of a production line overseas. • Design and implementation of a new information system (ERP Oracle Applications) • Significant achievement – participated in the establishing of a production line in Germany.
