Develop and implement efficient HR practices to support 200 employees at Glanbia’s Contract Beverage Manufacturing facility in Corona, CA and Glanbia’s Grains Facility in Sioux Falls, SD. Oversee employee operations for various verticals including manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse, and much more. Devise effective human capital strategies through detailed research and evaluation. Create training opportunities for all staff members on key HR policies, talent development, employee relations, and organizational design. Respond to legal claims in coordination with legal counsel. Guide employees on HR programs and company policies while establishing appropriate procedures for hiring, promotion, demotions, and bonuses.
