Supporting maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft windows server 2003 Creating and managing user accounts, groups and profiles Configuration and Management of all DHCP, DNS and file servers Remote Administration through remote desktop access by Team Viewer Creating and managing Shared folders, assigning NTFS permissions and troubleshooting on security permission issues. Logging a call and coordinating with HP, Dell, IBM and Microsoft vendors related to server issues until the issue is fixed. Troubleshooting Network connectivity problems Installation and Maintenance of LANs running on Windows and open source platform Creation of User accounts, Security groups, Shared folders and managing Users profile
