ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Heading Rental and Machine shop Inspections • Monitoring & Doing all Inspections, Measurements and other OCTG / Rental jobs as required • Rental Job planning and distributing work among workers, according to working program • Inspection plan on day to day basis • Performing QA/QC activities in Machine Shop – Thread gauging on Rotary shoulder connections (API and Proprietary connections like XT, GPDS, DPM,etc..) and OCTG connections (API and Proprietary connections like Tenaris, VAM, etc..) • Familiar with all thread gauges. • Coordinate with the inspection team and train the inspection team as required. • Responsible for the team's safety and equipment’s safety • Supervising the equipment’s maintenance / Inventory • Writing the technical reports for the inspection job carried out • Review work orders, routers, procedures, specifications, and other instructions for completeness and instructions to perform Tubular Inspections. • Review inspection reports from customers, third party • Plan and co-ordinate if required conduct inspections for rental backloads and inspections before delivery for rental and TRS tools • Maintain equipment calibrations for inspection equipment • Monitor Inspection activities and guide inspectors as and when required • NCR Investigation and Root cause analysis and prepare reports as required HSEQ System Requirements: • Ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with company Quality, Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. • Promoting good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all company activities. • Wearing the assigned Personal Protective Equipment in required areas. • Taking care to prevent harm to themselves, colleagues and others and the environment that may be caused by our acts or omissions. • Attending Toolbox Talks, HSEQ meetings and trainings as and when required.

• Operation Co-ordination and Supervising the Inspectional activities. • Field Inspection of used Drill Stem components such as Drill Pipes, Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA), Stabilizers etc as per API RP 7G-2 and DS-1 Volume 3. • Field Inspection of used Specialty Tools like Mud Motors, MWD/LWD Tools and Jars as per Standards API RP 7G-2 & DS-1 Volume 4. • Field Inspection of used Casing & Tubing's as per API RP 5C1. • Field Inspection of Mast & Sub structure as per API RP 4G. • Filed Inspection of Hoisting Equipments like Elevators, Travelling Block, Swivel and Elevator Links as per API RP 8B. • Field Inspection of Drilling Equipments like Draw Works, Slips, Rotary Table and Bushings as per API RP 7L. • Shop Inspection of Drilling Mud Motors, MWD (Measurement While Drilling) and LWD (Logging While Drilling) tools as per DS 1 Volume 4. • Shop Inspection of Casing, Tubing's as per API SPEC 5CT. • My application of MPI using on following methods Coil shot, Yoke (Dry&MPI). • Insp. and review of graphs for processing machines like New tech systems (Electro Magnetic Inspection) and NTS (Buggy) and OEM ARTIS 3 EMI. • I carried Inspection using Wall thickness gauge. • Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle, Penetrant inspections on pipes, handling tools, special purpose tools etc. • Defect evaluation and decision making as per acceptance criteria. • Supervising and shift maintenance. • Third party co- ordination. • I am efficient in conducting used drill pipe inspection as per DS-1.Buggy unit (EMI), Threading, Visual, dimensional Inspection for Tool Joint and BHA components. • Verifying Inspection reports in compliance with standard. • Mechanical set-up, calibration, and preventive maintenance of NDT Instruments. • Inspection of drill stem for fatigue failures and other discontinuities at stress/critical areas, end connections as per API, DS-1, NS-2, ASME, standards.
