 Safety performances and statistics of incident rate monthly update.  Lead World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Health, Safety & Environmental Pillar activities through WPS.  To advice the concerned departments in planning and organising measures necessary for the effective control of personnel injuries.  To advice the purchasing and store departments in ensuring high quality and availability of personnel protective equipments (PPE’S) used in industry.  Documentation of ISO 1400, BS OHSAS 18001:1999, Legal compliances, MPCB consent, EHSMS management system and policy. Unsafe acts, conditions, aim of an accident investigation, reporting, analysis etc.  Update & analysis of HIRA, GRA, EAIA & JSA reports.  Maintaining of documents as per factory acts , legal compliance & MPCB consent, knowledge & monitoring of STP & ETP plants, Water cess, accident report submission to DISH factory inspector, protection act, fire rule, MAH rule, PESO etc.  Handling the fire fighting systems and equipments.  Knowledge of BBS (Behavior Based Safety ), Ergonomics assessment tool, process safety and keeping records.  Observe regularly Near Miss Incidents & take corrective actions on respective near miss incidents.  Work permit issued to contractor before working.  Ensure that all the noise emissions and dust emissions are within the limits prescribed by the MPCB.
