* Coordinate with Vendor/Government Officials and arrive in cost effective solutions. * Creating 8F, 8FA and C Form documents. * Processing the RG 23 registers. * Calculating and consolidating the monthly purchase report across the departments. * Communicating with Trading alert centers for procuring raw materials. * Travelling for business and transaction purposes. * Filing e-returns and Central Excise Returns on behalf of organization * Entering the hard copies of business transaction to soft copies for future references.

* Accounting of Collection entries * Accounting up loads to be checked & up loaded in to SAP * Preparation of Bank Reconciliation * Processing of employee reimbursement * Verification & Circulation of Treasury MIS Reports * Resolution of queries * TNT Fund management as per the requirement utilization of Funds on a Daily Basis. * Preparation of Balance Sheet schedule. * Foreign Remmitance including Blocking forex rates, documentations, arranging CA Certificates, 15CA, 15CB, A2, Co-ordinating with Banks and ensuring payment is processed on the scheduled day. * Calculation of Forex Gain/Loss PAN INDIA. * Online Vendor Payment Processing through banks websites with NEFT/RTGS /CHEQUE PRINTING payment process. * APP run in SAP and generates the payment proposals at country level. * Employee’s reimbursements * Daily Bank Statement Analysis and preparation of Cash Flow Statement and reporting the same to HOF. * Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation statements with ageing report at country level and reporting the same to Line Manger.
