As a Production Engineer, I am responsible for overseeing and managing production operations in the Aluminium FRP finishing lines, including Cut to Length (CTL), Slitting, Tension Leveling, and Coil Rewinding systems. My key responsibilities include: Shift Operations Management – Supervising daily production activities to meet shift targets in terms of output, quality, and efficiency. Workforce Supervision – Assigning tasks, guiding operators, and ensuring safe, coordinated, and productive work across the team. Quality Assurance – Monitoring coil and sheet quality against customer specifications and industry standards, implementing corrective measures when needed. Process Control & Optimization – Adjusting machine parameters to ensure smooth operations, reduce downtime, and improve yield. Troubleshooting – Quickly identifying and resolving mechanical, operational, or quality-related issues to minimize delays. Reporting & Documentation – Preparing shift reports, production data, and downtime logs for management review and process improvement. Safety Compliance – Enforcing safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace. Through a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and process discipline, I ensure that every coil and sheet produced meets high performance and quality standards while keeping operations efficient and cost-effective.

Oversee and optimize finishing line operations for aluminum sheets and coils, ensuring adherence to quality standards, productivity targets, and safety protocols. Manage workforce allocation, process parameters, and equipment performance to achieve optimal OEE. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime, resolve defects, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Skilled in handling CTL, CRS, TLL, and slitting processes with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

B.Tech equipped me with a strong foundation in engineering principles, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. I gained hands-on experience with industrial processes, material behavior, and production systems, along with proficiency in technical tools and data analysis. The program strengthened my teamwork, project management, and innovation skills, preparing me to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, industry-focused solutions.
