As the Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Industrial Parks I’m passionate about shaping India’s next generation of industrial and logistics infrastructure, and driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships that create lasting value for our stakeholders. With a background in investment management and real estate strategy, I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse asset classes and business cycles - blending institutional insight with on-ground execution to build platforms that create lasting value for clients, investors, and communities alike. Earlier, I worked with Blackstone Real Estate, managing asset strategies across logistics, industrial, and data centres in India, and spent 12 years with Morgan Stanley Investment Banking, specialising in real estate across India and Australia. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in capital markets, long-term value creation, and building platforms that endure. I’m a Chartered Accountant with a Master’s in Commerce from Mumbai University, and I believe that clarity of vision, disciplined execution, and strong partnerships are the keys to sustainable success - values I strive to uphold in every chapter of my professional journey.
