Procurement FY20: -Procurement of 30kMT of Cocoa with equivalent value of USD75M successfully creating a strong growth in PBT numbers for FY20 in Nigeria Risk Management: -Successfully Managing Credit, Counter-party, Price & Operational Risks amidst difficult economic conditions in Nigeria Cocoa Primary Processing: - Complete responsibility of Usinage operations for 50MTs+ yearly throughput - Turnaround in last 1Y with improved OEE, increased throughputs and better finished goods Cocoa quality with rejection rate less than 5% Stock Management: -Responsible for 65KMTs+ yearly cocoa inventory with optimization for cocoa blending customer wise and strict stock ageing controls People Management: -Managing a team of 30+ Nigerian employees and motivating them through various initiatives & awards

-Single-handedly managed team for Cocoa(8000MT) procurement worth USD17.6M in upcountry units in Nigeria -Also managed team for Cashew procurement in Kogi region in Nigeria -Responsible for financial parameters in the units viz. Net Contribution, Direct Costs, Overheads Budgeting etc. -In-charge for operations parameters viz. Quality Control, Supplier Relationship, Warehouse Management etc. -Managed Credit risk, Counterparty risk, Price-Position risk & Operational risks in the upcountry region Achievements: -Turnaround of Owo zone with record market share & YOY growth of 130% in terms of volume -In Edo region, YOY overall increase of 35% in volumes with considerable growth of reliable supplier network -Ensured Zero-Outstanding & no new credit defaults in most credit risk prone areas of Edo & Igarra -Managed second largest Olam Warehouse with throughput of 7000MT ensuring 100% fill rates for factory operations -Monitored Warehouse parameters to ensure least weight losses amongst all UPC warehouses at 0.13% -Implemented SAP & mobile GRN technology for live tracking of prices & volumes in the upcountry units

Major responsibilities: -Handling P/L accounts worth INR38 crore(USD5.5M) in West & North Regions of SIS Prosegur Operations -In-charge for Regional Operations incl. Business Development, Route Planning, Vendor selection etc. Achievements: -Successfully signed DMRC business for their cash pickup and coins delivery on 158 stations for 3 years period -Implemented the project from scratch & designed KPIs, routes, transit method, insurance policy etc.

-Establishing Operations and Logistics for a young Start-up Pharmeasy in Delhi & NCR -Vendor Selection & Management for Pharmaceutical Supplies across Delhi & NCR -Logistics Network establishment from scratch for 'Last Mile Delivery'

Supply Chain Project on ‘Benchmarking of Logistics Processes & Costs across FMCG Companies.’ --Benchmarked ITC’s processes vis-à-vis that of HUL, Nestle, Britannia, Godrej, PepsiCo, based on WERC matrices --Compilation of Best Practices in Warehouse Operations that are followed by companies and recommended changes Achievements: --Implemented Pallet load movement at two warehouses resulting in 11% throughput increase & ₹ 58 lacs savings --Designed & developed Excel based Macro to automatically measure Supervisor Productivity at ITC’s warehouses --Implemented the Macro as a base for Supervisor Incentive Policy from July onward for ITC’s 3PL warehouses --Recommended change in Handling Charges at ITC resulting in ₹ 5.23 lacs annual savings at a single warehouse

--Was in-charge of Mechanical Systems during Generator (TG) testing of 250/500/600/660 MW rating Generators --Touch Point for Mechanical Systems of Generator for BHEL’s clients, viz. NTPC, Jindal Power and various SEB’s --Single Point Reporting officer to 5 supervisors & 25 artisans during the work-shifts --Led a Manufacturing Process Optimization project for design modification of Pump system at 600MW Test Bed --Project led to an Annual savings of Rs 7.0 lacs to the company and 23% improvement in system’s efficiency

--As Assistant Shift in charge, led operations team at Coal Handling Plant(CHP) of Rosa Thermal Power Station --Responsible for uninterrupted supply of properly crushed coal to the bunkers for efficient running of unit --Responsible for Schedule Management of coal rakes from Indian Railways to minimize demurrage to the company --Awarded 'Very Good' rating given to the top 10% performers in Annual performance Management System 2010-11

Operations Management Project on 'Roller Defect Minimization at Hot Strip Mill' --Implemented change in Roller scheduling at Alexandria’s Plant resulting in 15000 Egyptian pounds savings annually --Awarded a PPO from the company based on the summer project execution in company’s Alexandria Plant

--Was amongst the top 15% of the students of Mechanical Engineering Batch & amongst the top three(out of 120 students) in three consecutive semesters --Amongst top three students in three consecutive semesters & University topper in Power Plant Engineering subject -- Member of Project Solaris,a GoI sponsored project, which successfully developed the first solar car of the nation
