Inspired by the quest of knowing “what motivates people to behave in the way they behave” and how change can be achieved, Ram joined Advanced Training Implementation and has successfully completed the Advanced Training in Transactional Analysis specializing in Psychotherapy. He is in the process of acquiring the international certification from Training and Certification Council of ITAA, Oakland, USA. He specializes in Intra & Inter Personal Relationship Skills and is competent in designing, developing, delivering customized training programs and effecting change in individuals through workshops, training, problem solving groups, counseling, etc. Having started his career in sales and customer relations he changed his career to working with people through training and counselling after completing his Advanced Training in Transactional Analysis, He has more than decade of experience in training, counseling and has logged over 20,000 + hours of training and consulting experience and he is specialist in training areas of Intra & Interpersonal skills, Cognitive skills, Soft skills training, Psychometric testing, Counseling and Psychotherapy for Individuals in Corporate, Academic institutions and in General public & he is a Trainer, Counselor in the process of certification.
